Description

PiPTapentadol is an opioid analgesic with a dual mode of action as a full agonist of the μ-opioid receptor, as well as as an inhibitor of norepinephrine reuptake (NRI) and presumably can be used to treat moderate to severe pain. PiPTapentadol is an analog of Tapentadol and has similar effects.

In terms of exposure, Piptapentadol is approximately between tramadol and morphine, and its analgesic efficacy is similar to oxycodone, with fewer side effects.
